Exercise #1 Clarity of perception. Walk into a strange room it can be a store, someone’s home or a place of business. Take the time to look around you and then leave the room and write down everything you saw while you were there. Be specific and be sure to state where you saw it positioned in the room. When you are done go back into the room and see how perceptive you were. Practice this exercise daily. If you are home and have a willing partner, ask your partner to remove or add several objects to a room you are familiar with and see if you notice their arrival or absence once you re-enter the room.

Exercise  #2 Developing your senses. Sight, Smell, Hearing, Taste and Touch is an essential part of psychic awareness. Experiencing sensations that open your senses is like planting subliminal feelings in the brain that trigger psychic awareness and enhance messages from beyond. Many times in a psychic vision we can experience our senses yet not be eating, feeling, or actually be seeing something for real. This includes smelling scents which aren’t really there. Example: Many times my clients tell me they smell the perfume of a deceased loved one, even though the perfume is not anywhere to be found. My own experiences have been similar to this. Sometimes when I am reading a client I can taste salt and I know their diet is high in sodium. Other times, I can smell fire, the sea side, flowers or perfume and am told that my client loves working in a garden, or they were just in a fire, or were planning a trip to the ocean. I also can realize there deceased loved ones want to speak to them. Still, there are other times when I feel hands upon me and can tell if they are calloused, small, large, cold or warm. This suggests there is a presence in the room, other than my client and myself. To test your psychic senses you must work with a partner. Have your partner blind fold you and periodically hand you things that you can smell, taste, feel and hear. The more you practice this exercise and identify the items correctly the keener your psychic senses will become. To develop the sense of sight your partner must describe things to you while you are blind folded this will force your mind to visualize the object while you guess what it is.

Exercise #3 Developing Your memory. It is vitally important to retain the things you see in a vision so you can avoid them if they are signs that might cause you harm. To do this you must learn a technique called memory storing.

While still seated in front of 10 upright playing cards, have your partner study the positions of the cards then pick a card and have your partner study that once done have your partner leave the room and then renter while you turn the cards over. Once your partner is back inside the room, ask them to point out what position the certain card they were staring at is in.
